Senate May Confirm Planned Parenthood

Pres. Obama’s nominee for the Tenth Circuit Court, STEVE SIX, is a pro-abortion apologist for Planned Parenthood.

Any judge should be fair and impartial, but it’s particularly important in a high level appeals court which hears complex and often controversial cases. Yet when he served as Attorney General for Kansas, Six derailed investigations and prosecution of Planned Parenthood in that state by suppressing evidence, suing to keep a witness from testifying and engaging in other unethical and inappropriate actions.

He was, in fact, so unpopular because of these actions that the voters turned him out of office last November in a resounding defeat.

Both Kansas U.S. Senators oppose this nomination and other senators should join with their fellow Senators who know the nominee and his lack of impartiality to REJECT this nomination.
